Each eligible person may register one Account only. The Operator strictly prohibits the creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal information, email addresses, payment methods or devices.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid email address. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. The Operator accepts no liability for any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

The Operator conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification in accordance with its operating obligations. KYC verification is required before a Player is permitted to withdraw funds. The Operator may also request KYC at the point of large deposits, during account reviews, or at any time it deems necessary.

Acceptable forms of identity documentation typically include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC/SNIC) or passport.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the cashier section of your Account. The Operator will process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier, subject to the following conditions:

General bonus conditions applicable across all standard promotional offers include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to your Account in PKR unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Each bonus offer specifies an applicable Wagering Requirement. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the Wagering Requirement is met in full.
• Wagering Requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount, unless the promotion terms specify a different basis (e.g., deposit plus bonus amount).
• Not all games contribute equally towards Wagering Requirements — contribution percentages vary by game type and are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds expire if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms.
• The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to multi-accounting or exploitation of bonus terms, will result in cancellation of bonuses and may result in Account closure.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product, as displayed within the game or market interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before participating.

• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, ICC World Cup, T20 bilateral series and domestic competitions — are governed by individual market rules displayed within the sportsbook interface.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the Operator's discretion. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time.
• In the event of a technical error affecting a bet — including erroneous odds caused by system failure — the Operator reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the Player's Account.
• Any bet placed in clear error, including bets on obviously incorrect prices, will be settled at the Operator's discretion. The Operator's decision in all disputes regarding bet settlement is final.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by the live dealer studio's certified equipment and procedures. Technical issues on the Player's device do not entitle a Player to a refund for bets already accepted.
• Slot, table game and instant game outcomes are generated by the game software provided by third-party studios. The Operator does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all bonuses and pending withdrawals, and permanent Account closure:

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable specific promotion terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• A Player's request for self-exclusion or voluntary Account closure.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Material change in applicable law affecting the Operator's ability to serve a particular user or jurisdiction.

Upon Account closure, any real-money funds remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to the Operator will be returned to the Player using the payment method on file, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding identity or compliance checks. Bonus balances that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited on Account closure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or holds its applicable operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable mandatory law in your own jurisdiction provides otherwise.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure via [email protected].
